My friend is being told by higher ups at her work that her silence on her personal social media accounts is her being complicit in perpetuating injustice… how is this not harrassment?

A user on Twitter reported that a friend of hers is being pressured at work to share messages in support of the current Black Lives Matter protests are taking place across the country.
Apparently she’s not alone. Another user recounted a story by a friend who is a union steward and their membership is being told to jam 911 systems with fraudulent calls.
