Soros-Funded DA’s Push to Legalize Crime

Headlines Politics U.S.

Billionaire financier George Soros has been funneling hundreds of millions of dollars into the political campaigns of what are deemed to be unqualified progressive candidates running for District Attorney positions across the country.

In several progressive cities where Soros has been able to get his candidate in the DA’s position for example, cash bail for assailants has been eliminated. When criminals are arrested they are simply let back out on the street without posting bail.

There has also been a degradation of law-standards such as in Cook County, IL, where Soros-backed DA Kim Fox pushed through a policy of not charging shoplifters for a crime if they stole less than $1,000 worth of merchandise. The result has been a dramatic increase in shoplifting in that area.

Eight days after Soros-backed St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner filed charges against Mark and Particia McCloskey, George Soros donated $116,000 to a Political Action Committee established just for her.

Gardner charged the McCloskeys with unlawful use of a weapon, flourishing, after the pair waved guns at Black Lives Matter protesters who had trespassing into their gated community.

So far Soros is the only donor for that PAC.
