Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court Extends Mail-In Ballot Deadline to 3 Days After Election Day, CNN Calls it “Big Win for Biden”

Headlines Politics U.S.

Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court handed the Biden campaign what can only be described as a series of victories this week when they modified several voting procedures in the states with less than two months before November’s historic presidential election.

The High Court, which has a 5-2 Democratic majority, extended the deadline for mail-in ballots by an unprecedented 3 days if the ballots were mailed before polls closings, allowed the use of satellite election offices and county drop boxes as ballot collection sites, and kicked the Green Party’s presidential candidate off of the November ballot in the state.

The Green Party candidate is usually seen as a threat to siphon off votes from the Democratic candidate.

The Democratic Party, and their activist allies, have been the laying the groundwork for weeks for an extended period of reporting election results. They say it may last weeks, and even months.
