Israel’s Netanyahu Brings Dirty Laundry to U.S. So White House Staff Can Clean Them for Free – Report

Headlines Politics U.S. World

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu always brings dirty laundry with him when he and his family visit the White House so the staff there can clean it for free, The Washington Post is reporting.

“The Netanyahus are the only ones who bring actual suitcases of dirty laundry for us to clean,” an anonymous US official tells The Post. “After multiple trips, it became clear this was intentional.”

The Obama administration started offering laundry services to all foreign leaders for free. That service has continued under President Trump.

Netanyahu’s office has told The Times of Israel that the story was “recycled anonymous slander from the archives of the Israeli media.”
