Mark and Patricia McCloskey have been indicted by a grand jury in St. Louis on charges of exhibiting a weapon and tampering with evidence.
The St. Louis couple pointed guns at Black Lives Matter protesters who broke down a gate and trespassed into their community.
Charges were brought against the McCloskeys in July by St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner. Eight days later, George Soros donated $116,000 to the Missouri Justice and Public Safety PAC.
George Soros appears to be the only donor to that PAC.
