The FBI is actively investigating Hunter Biden and his associates, it was reported today. An investigation into Biden and his business partners has been open since 2019.
The revelation was made by James Rosen, a reporter with the Sinclair Broadcast group, on Twitter.
“EXCLUSIVE: A @TheJusticeDept official confirms that in 2019, the @FBI opened up a criminal investigation into ‘Hunter Biden and his associates,’ focused on allegations of money-laundering, and that it remains open and active today,” Rosen wrote.

Rosen followed the announcement up with a short TV report on his Twitter account.

The investigation is reportedly into allegations of money laundering.
“We have no comment, in keeping with our standard practice of neither confirming nor denying the existence of an investigation,” an FBI spokesperson told the Washington Examiner on Thursday evening.
