Supreme Court Orders Pennsylvania Ballots That Came in After 8PM Election Night to Be Separated

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito ordered county election boards in Pennsylvania to separate mail-in ballots received after 8pm on election night from other ballots.

There is a case pending before the court that seeks to invalidate a September decision by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that allowed mail-in ballots delivered through the Friday after Election Day to count.
