Pennsylvania House Speaker Bryan Cutler (R) has called for a “full audit” of election returns in that state before the results are certified.

Cutler cites instructions sent to counties by PA Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar (D) that were inconsistent with instruction outlined by the PA Supreme Court, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.

“Very serious equal protection rights issues now exist due to the disparate treatment of voters from different counties,” Cutler wrote in a letter to Gov. Tom Wolf (D) explaining his demand.

“The original set of instructions that were agreed to were then later modified,” he added.
