Headlines Politics U.S.

Kamala Harris’ husband, Douglas Emhoff, announced he is leaving his law firm for a role in a possible Biden/Harris administration.

“Mr. Emhoff is working with the Biden-Harris transition team to develop the portfolio he will focus on to support the work of the administration,” a campaign spokesperson told The Hill magazine.

Emhoff is a partner at DLA Piper a multinational law firm with longstanding ties to the Chinese Communist Party. It employs a bevy of former Chinese Communist Party officials, and has received countless prestigious awards from Chinese business and law groups.
