Attorneys representing Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar (D) have withdrawn from a lawsuit brought by the Trump campaign alleging massive election fraud in that state.
On Friday, a 3-page court document revealed that “Daniel Donovan, Susan Davies, and Michael Glick move to withdraw pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Professional Conduct 1.16(b)(1).” The three attorneys were the legal team from Kirland & Ellis defending Boockvar in the ongoing litigation.
The Secretary of State’s defense is now being handled by the firms Kramer Levin and Myers Brier & Kelly, as well as the Pennsylvania Attorney General.
