Michigan Supreme Court Justice: Evidence to Substantiate Troubling and Serious Allegations of Fraud and Irregularities Has Been Presented

Headlines Politics U.S.

The Michigan Supreme Court denied an appeal yesterday to prevent the state from certifying its election results.

But Justice Brian Zahra wrote in a concurring opinion that the plaintiffs presented evidence to substantiate serious allegations of election fraud and abuse.

“Nothing said is to diminish the troubling and serious allegations of fraud and irregularities asserted by the affiants offered by plaintiffs,” Zahra wrote, adding, “Plaintiffs’ affidavits present evidence to substantiate their allegations.”

Zahra recommended ordering “the expedited consideration possible of the remaining issues.”

David Kallman of the Great Lakes Justice Center, the non-profit organization representing the plaintiffs in the case, appeared on Steve Bannon’s Warroom broadcast to discuss the positive development.
