Have Voting Machines in Atlanta, Georgia, Already Been “Reset,” Wiping Away Any Forensic Evidence of Fraud?

Headlines Politics U.S.

A poll worker in Georgia has attested in a sworn declaration that election officials in Union County, GA, had planned to “reset” all voting machines on Monday, November 30, as part of the state’s second recount.

Concerned that such action would wipe away any forensic data evidence of fraud, the poll worker raised the issue with his supervisor. (Attorney Sidney Powell and her legal team have already obtained a court order barring any machines from being wiped clean or reset in Union County, GA. See our article from earlier today here.)

But in the course of the conversation between the poll worker and their supervisor, it was revealed that machines in Atlanta may have already been reset.

From the declaration:

I then texted the election manager in response and said this:

“[Redacted] because the plan on Monday is to wipe the voting machines clean, and start from 0 so that we can recount using those machines, I’m concerned by what I am reading online. I am seeing lots of notices from lawyers about possibly impounding the machines. Lawyers are now saying that the machines should be confiscated immediately before this happens to protect forensic data. They are saying those machines need to be impounded ASAP. Yikes. Maybe I’m being overly paranoid but let’s be sure this is what we’re supposed to be doing.”

Her response: “It’s what we are supposed to do. It will take a court order to stop this process – so I guess we need to keep watching the news. If we get a court order to stop, we will see it in our sos information. The issue is, the Atlanta area has already started.”

…When I asked, will that wipe forensic evidence on the machines, she answered that Atlanta already did it.”
