Fulton County, GA, to Comply with Freedom of Information Request on Ballot Transfer Info at Midnight on Jan. 19 – the Night Before a Would-Be Biden Inauguration

Fulton County, Georgia, says it will comply with a Freedom of Information Act Request on mail-in ballot documentation at midnight on January 19, 2021.

That date would put the compliance at merely a few hours before a would-be Joe Biden inauguration would take place.

“That was an in-your-face, screw-you, we-don’t-owe-you-crap, we’re going to do what we want…” response, says radio host John Fredericks whose media company, Georgia Star News, filed the request.

Under Georgia law every absentee or mail-in ballot collection made from a drop box shall have proper documentation accompany it which includes date, time, location and number of ballots.

Unofficially, Joe Biden leads President Trump in the county by a count of 381,144 votes to 137,240.
