The list of US companies now giving bonuses to their employees because of the GOP tax plan passed last month now tops 100, according to the conservative Americans for Tax Reform. Most of the expenditures are in the form of bonuses but many firms are also raising wages for employees.
Some of the names on the list include some of the biggest companies in America: AT&T, American Airlines, Bank of America and Southwest Airlines to name a few. ATR had originally put out a list of 40 US companies that were offering incentives, but that list grew to more than 100 this week, when more companies disclosed their tax reform incentives.
