Los Angeles Clippers Power Forward Montrezl Harrell is being accused by viewers of using a racial slur against Dallas Mavericks player Luka Doncic. The teams were playing against each other in Game 3 of a best of seven series in the NBA Western Quarterfinals played in the Bubble at Walt Disney World in Florida.
Harrell is African-American and Doncic is of Eastern European descent.
While the alleged slur was not audible through the broadcast several viewers posted clips on social media claiming Harrell called Doncic a “b—h ass White boy.”

The incident happened in the first quarter and was shortly followed by contact between the players in which Doncic is reported to have said “stop flopping, man,” after Doncic stiff-armed Harell and Harell hit the floor. Both players received technical fouls at that point.
The Clippers would win the game by a final score of 130-122 to take a 2-1 lead in the series.
