Two separate affidavits filed with the Texas Supreme Court this week claim Joe Biden’s Texas Political Director is helping to run an illegal ballot harvesting operation.
Two private investigators, including a former FBI agent and a former Houston police captain, testified under oath that they have evidence, which includes witnesses, video records and documents, to prove Biden’s Texas Political Director, Dallas Jones, is currently running a ballot harvesting operation, in which mail-in and absentee ballots are being hoarded.
Jones, and accomplices, are ordering operatives to fill these ballots out for people illegally, including for dead people, homeless people and nursing home residents for the 2020 presidential election.
“In December of 2019, I was approached by two individuals who witnessed activity from an illegal ballot harvesting operation in Harris County. Since that date, I have been investigating the illegal ballot harvesting operation,” begins the affidavit submitted by Charles Marler, former FBI counterterrorism specialist.
The affidavits are part of a class action lawsuit being filed against Harris County, Texas.
