Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D), in an apparent continuation of the Democrats’ 3-year coup attempt against President Trump disguised as Congress carrying out its “Constitutional duties,” is introducing a bill to establish a new commission under the 25th Amendment charged with evaluating a President’s mental and physical capacity.
If the commission finds the President’s mental or physical healths to be failing, it could recommend a President be removed from office.
The bill is being introduced by Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD).

The 25th Amendment states:
“Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.”
Speaker Pelosi claims today’s actions are “not about President Trump.”
It’s unclear if the bill has a chance of passing the Republican-controlled Senate.
