President Trump’s legal team has identified witnesses who say v-cards and USB flash drives were delivered to vote-counting facilities in Delaware County, PA, on Nov. 5 – two days after Election Day.
The electronic storage devices were delivered to a back counting room where observer access was limited, according to court filings.
They were also allegedly delivered in an unsealed plastic bag with no accompanying paper ballots, a break from chain-of-custody protocol if the drives contained votes that were ultimately counted towards election results.
