The Trump campaign sought to reassure supporters today by vowing to keep fighting even if states where widespread voter irregularities are alleged to have taken place certify their election results.
“Certification by state officials is simply a procedural step. We are going to continue combatting election fraud around the country as we fight to count all the legal votes. Americans must be assured that the final results are fair and legitimate,” wrote Jenna Ellis, the Trump campaign’s senior legal adviser.
Michigan certified its election results earlier in the day despite massive voter fraud being alleged in many areas, including Wayne County, that state’s largest.
