Attorney Lin Wood tweeted a copy of an SEC filing that appears to show State Street Capital issuing shares to UBS Securities.
State Street Capital is the majority owner of Dominion systems. UBS Securities is 49% owned by Chinese entities, with the balance being owned by UBS Bank of Switzerland.
The date of the document is October 8, 2020 – less than a month before the November election. Such a filing is made when an entity plans on issuing shares in a corporation.
You don’t know how to read placements. You don’t file an EDGAR if you aren’t issuing shares. Key word ISSUE. You file an EDGAR when you ISSUE shares of ownership.
