Ware County, GA, appears to have cracked Dominion Systems’ vote manipulation algorithm: Trump votes seem to be decreased by 0.26% while Biden votes are increased by 0.26%.
Interestingly the margin of victory in Georgia is roughly 0.25%.

An election monitor in Ware County, GA, says he conducted a forensic analysis of ballots cast on Nov. 3. The man, who has worked on elections he says for 3 decades, hand counted ballots and then fed them through Dominion voting machines as a test to see if the tallies would match.
After running the count twice, the man says both times Dominion machines showed Joe Biden with 37 more votes than there really were and President Trump with 37 less votes.
That man, Garland Favorito, the head of VoterGA, says out of 14,192 votes cast in Ware County, 37 of 74 total votes were impacted, for a percentage of .26%.
In a statement to ITN yesterday, Favorito says he originally became aware of the discrepancy when “the elections hand count audit did not match the original election returns.”
