Attorney Matt DePerno believes the “fix was in” when it comes to the use of Dominion systems voting machines in the Nov. 3 election. DePerno made the comments on Steve Gruber’s radio show this morning.
DePerno is representing a Michigan resident, Bill Bailey, who says he has evidence voting in Antrim County, MI, may have been compromised.
As part of that lawsuit, a Michigan judge allowed an inspection of Dominion voting machines.
A seven-person team from the Allied Security Operations Group (ASOG), a government cybersecurity task force, began that inspection yesterday.
“Dominion doesn’t count votes 1 for 1,” DePerno told Gruber. Instead Dominion reports votes in 3-digit fractions. “That’s not possible in an additive function,” DePerno said.
DePerno went on to describe Dominion’s manual which states elections will be decided based on points assigned to candidates, not votes.
