A case the state of Texas has brought against several battleground states for election fraud will be decided in the U.S. Supreme Court.
The case was docketed today, meaning the Court will hear and decide the case.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
Paxton alleges significant voter irregularities in these states “violate one or more of the federal requirements for elections (i.e., equal protection, due process, and the Electors Clause,” reads the filing.
The lawsuit asks the Supreme Court to prevent these states from certifying their elections and to remand the decision on the appointment of electors to the respective state legislatures.
Late today it was announced that the state of Louisiana would be joining Texas in the suit.
