Attorney Matt DePerno has asked the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission to investigate State Attorney General Dana Nessel. The AGC investigates allegations of attorney misconduct.

Nessel has threatened attorneys, including DePerno, who represent clients in election fraud cases with sanctions.

DePerno is representing Michigan resident William Bailey in the only case that has resulted in a forensic audit of Dominion voting machines. That examination concluded Dominion machines are “intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.”
