WHAT A DISGRACE: Pence Disagreed with Louie Gohmert on Electoral College Vote Before Lawsuit via @gatewaypundit https://t.co/HLI0ssAlok

Congressman Louis Ghomert (R-TX), along with Arizona’s 11 Republican electors, have brought a lawsuit against Vice-President Mike Pence. The suit seeks to compel Pence to reject Electoral College votes from states where massive allegations of election fraud exist.
Ghomert is seeking an injunction against Pence accepting such votes, and requested such a motion be granted by no later than tomorrow. He is also asking for an expedited hearing date by no later than Monday, Jan 4. to allow for an opportunity for either party to appeal.

Congress is set to meet in a joint session on Wednesday, Jan. 6 to formally accept votes cast in the Electoral College. It is only after such acceptance that a president- and vice-president-elect are lawfully designated.
Ghomert, et al. attest Pence as current vice-president has the sole power under the Constitution to accept or reject Electoral College votes.
In the court filing plaintiffs reveal that they attempted to reach a compromise with Pence on the issue but could not, indicating Pence either may not agree with their assessment or may be unwilling to carry it out.
So Rep. Gohmert’s lawsuit involving VP Pence will draw attention to the fact that VP Pence could ignore contested electors in battleground states to help elect Trump.
There is good precedent too: Thomas Jefferson in 1800.
Will VP Pence actually do it? I doubt it.

Here’s the political math you should understand:
The GOP wants Trump gone.
The Koch brothers want Trump gone.
Pence was added to the Trump ticket to represent the interests of the GOP establishment & big donors & curb Trump’s populism.
So what do you think Pence will do?
