A hearing has been set in a case in which Fulton County, Georgia, is being sued to surrender ballots cast in the Nov. 3 election for inspection.
The case, brought by Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results in Georgia (VoterGA), seeks to visually inspect all mail-in ballots, rescan them for a forensic exam and to obtain electronic copies of the Dominion ballot images and standard election reports.
“We got a response from Fulton saying they are going to object to the inspection and we are filing an immediate motion to compel,” the group’s founder Garland Favorito told ITN this week.
That motion to compel was filed and a hearing was set for Monday, January 4th, at 11:00am. “We think that it’s going to be a favorable ruling,” Favorito said today.
