State Department Employee Graduates National Defense University with Degree in Cybersecurity Three Years Before Employee With Same Name Accused of Election Hack

Records reveal that a U.S. State Department employee by the name of Stefano Serafini graduated from the National Defense University in 2017 with a concentration in Cybersecurity Leadership.

The discipline trains graduates in advanced cybersecurity functions such as risk analysis, security incident management, continuity of operations, and disaster recovery.

The record is of note as State Department employees are the minority of graduates from NDU. The institution traditionally attracts members of U.S. military branches as well as foreign militaries. According to NDU’s website, its mission is to train “warfighters in critical thinking and the creative application of military power.”

Not only is the Stefano Serafini listed as a 2017 graduate one of only a handful of State Department employees to graduate NDU that year, he is the only State Department employee to graduate with a concentration in cybersecurity leadership.

Records reveal that a person that has the same name and appears to have at least one middle initial in common with the 2017 NDU graduate was entered into the Congressional record in 1997 as beginning with the U.S. foreign service.

A state department employee by the name of Stefano Serafini is at the center of allegations of interference in the Nov. 3 U.S. election.

NationsInAction.org, a government accountability organization, says it is in possession of evidence that a State Department employee by the name of Stefano Serafini participated in the operation to electronically switch votes from President Trump to Joe Biden on election day.

NIA says the operation was conducted out of – among other places – the U.S. Embassy in Rome, Italy. It also says that a Stefano Serafini retired from the U.S. State Department shortly before the election in an effort to safeguard his pension.

ITN has not confirmed that the person entered into the Congressional record in 1997 is the same as the person listed in the 2017 NDU graduation program. Nor have we been able to confirm the current status of an employee named Stefano Serafini with the U.S. State Department.

Repeated attempts for confirmation on these questions from the Department of State have so far been ignored. This article will be updated if and when ITN receives such confirmation.

  1. The Iron Curtain has descended across America, with the exception of Alternative non-corporate news like this site. Quite interesting about Stefano. Amazing to me that this was covered in the Italian press but the tyranny in America is so complete that there was nary a mention.
