Maria Zack, Chairwoman of Nations in Action, says one of the first data points given to her in her investigation of ItalyGate was on Professor Joseph Mifsud.
Zack has been presented with evidence that says the plan to unravel the Trump presidency – first through SpyGate then through the hacking of the Nov. 3 election – was based out of Italy and was at the instruction of former President Barack Obama along with former Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi.
The operations were funded, Zack says, with $400 originally earmarked for Iran under terms of the Iran Nuclear Deal but diverted to a Merrill Lynch account in another country for use by Obama.
Joseph Mifsud is allegedly the first person to tell the Trump campaign that Russia was in possession of “dirt” on Hillary Clinton in the form of thousands of emails in 2016. Mifsud was associated with Rome’s Link University and London’s Centre of International Law Practice (LCILP) at the time.
Another data point received early on by Zack was on former director of the CIA Gina Haspel.
“I couldn’t understand a major data point and I still don’t understand it, about Gina Haspel,” Zack told A Warrior Calls’ Christopher James last week. “Because when you look at the CIA and how they function – and we’ve had a major CIA guy who has helped provide information to us, and we’ve had a lot of [Navy] SEALS and military folks helping us as well of late, and they said, ‘you realize Gina Haspel was station chief in London and then she was sent back as station chief a second time. That doesn’t happen at the CIA.’”
“You only get sent back in a very rare instance and only to a country that is in a very critical moment like on the brink of war, and you hold a special secret piece to some of the intelligence,” Zack continued. “Or you have a relationship. But there was nothing going on in England. There was no reason to do it. Except, the Steele Dossier.”
“And so everybody needs to understand, the Durham investigation is still going. They found the phones, the 5-Eye phones that were in the wall of the apartment in London. Wow, what a coincidence. And those phones, they know they connected between Mifsud and people in the White House.”
Mifsud was questioned by members of special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigative team in February 2017. It was later shown that he made several false statements during that interview. Curiously, Mueller never indicted Mifsud for making those false statements but did indict several others for doing that.
Attorney Sidney Powell who was retained by Gen. Michael Flynn to defend him in his case against FBI investigators, later demanded phones allegedly belonging to Joseph Mifsud be handed over to Flynn’s defense team. Powell said they contained evidence proving his innocence. Flynn was accused of making false statements to the FBI.
Rumors had swirled that Mifsud was dead – some even made by Democratic Party operatives. Zack says she had been given information that says Mifsud is alive and in the United Arab Emirates.
Gina Haspel made a trip to Rome in fall of 2019 – two weeks after former attorney general Bill Barr visited the city and carried a message from President Trump demanding Italian intelligence agencies aid Special Counsel John Durham in his investigation of the origins of SpyGate.
Haspel served as Chief of Station for the Europe Division (based in London) twice: from 2008-2011, and again from 2014-2017. London was the only station Haspel served as chief of twice. Both stints were while Barack Obama was in the White House.

The Steele Dossier, the infamous (and now-debunked) report put together by British intelligence officer Christopher Steele was put submitted to FBI investigators in several stages during the latter half of 2016. It was made public in January 2017.
Haspel was made deputy director of the CIA under Mike Pompeo in February 2017, just weeks after Donald Trump was inaugurated president. In March 2018 she became CIA Director when Pompeo moved on to become Secretary of State.
Haspel resigned from CIA on January 19, 2021 – one day before President Trump left the White House.
“When you put that connection [between Mifsud, Haspel and the Obama White House] together, and you know what Barack Obama was planning over the years and you see how well thought out and how well funded this plan was, and that they stole money from the American family to do it, is just nothing more than despicable. And they all need to go to jail,” Zack says.
