    1. I ordered my red light therapy kit on April 2, 2025. The main panel arrived on May 5, 2025, but the accessory tools have not arrived as of May 26, 2025. I have contacted Well of LIfe support center by email and Kadian responded after a second email as follows:

      I did not attempt to call them. I sent another email directly asking when the accessory tools would be delivered. Basically got a reply that was mostly the same as the above.

      I’m not impressed with the service.
