Michigan State Representative Cynthia Johnson (D) has been removed from her committee assignments and is facing additional disciplinary action after posting a bizarre video online calling on “soldiers” to make “Trumpers pay.”
“So this is just a warning to you Trumpers. Be careful. Walk lightly. We ain’t playing with you. Enough of the shenanigans. Enough is enough. And to those of you who are soldiers, you know how to do it. Do it right. Be in order. Make them pay,” Johnson says into the camera.

The video was posted last night.
This afternoon Michigan House Speaker Lee Chatfield (R) and Speaker-elect Jason Wentworth (R) released a statement rebuking Johnson and the comments made.
“Threats to either Democrats or Republicans are unacceptable and un-American. They’re even more unbecoming of an elected official. Rep. Johnson has been removed from her committee assignments, and we are looking into further disciplinary action as the proper authorities conduct their own investigations,” the statement reads.
Last week Johnson appeared to attempt to dox an employee of the city of Detroit who came forward to testify about voter fraud she witnessed during November’s election in a hearing before Michigan legislators.
