Georgians, I’ve heard you and I’m prayerfully considering your call to serve.
The integrity of our elections should never be up for debate. https://t.co/XbfKwvclEF

Georgia state Rep. Vernon Jones indicated he is considering a run for Secretary of State in 2022 after being repeatedly urged to do so by Georgia citizens.
“A lot of people have been urging me to run for Georgia’s Secretary of State,” Jones wrote on Twitter. “The people of Georgia deserve to have faith in the integrity of our elections again. It might just be time to help #DrainTheSwamp right here at home.”

Jones, a lifelong Democrat, is a strong supporter of President Trump. And he believes there was widespread fraud in November’s election in Georgia.
“There are too many sworn affidavits, there are too many people who have felt like their rights have been infringed upon, their voting rights,” Jones told The Epoch Times during a rally in Washington on Dec. 12.
Georgia’s current SoS Brad Raffensperger is seen by many Georgians as not doing enough to address the allegations of rampant voter fraud.
