Following chants of “Fire Fauci” at Trump’s rally in Miami, he suggests, probably in jest, that he may after the election. “Don’t tell anybody, but let me wait till a little after the election. I appreciate the advice,” he says before complimenting Fauci before knocking him again pic.twitter.com/xmKmhmqOQw

President Trump signaled that he will be firing Dr. Anthony Fauci after the election.
Fauci is the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and has been one of the leading officials on the President’s Covid19-response task force.
The President and Fauci have been at odds for some time on best ways to handle Covid19. He “is a nice man, but he’s made a lot of mistakes,” Mr. Trump said of Fauci over the summer, after what insiders called a “sidelining” of doctor.`
Yesterday, during a campaign rally at the Opa-locka, Florida airport, near Miami, a boisterous crowd erupted into chants of “Fire Fauci! Fire Fauci! Fire Fauci!…”
President Trump responded to the crowd by saying, “Don’t tell anybody, but let me wait till a little after the election. I appreciate the advice.”
