Whistleblower Richard Hopkins has come forward to claim an order was given by Postmaster Rob Weisenbach in Pennsylvania to backdate ballots to Election Day, November 3, so that they would be accepted and counted.
Hopkins confirmed to Project Veritas‘ James O’Keefe that federal investigators have spoken with him about the order.
Hopkins says that in the immediate aftermath of his coming forward, supervisors have brought up past incidents in apparent actions against him.
