An appeals court in Virginia has ruled the latest version of President Trump’s travel ban unconstitutional.  The court, the Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, ruled that the ban unlawfully targets Muslims.

The Supreme Court agreed last month to a hear a case involving the Trump administration’s travel ban.  The latest version of the ban, bars entry from six majority Muslim countries along with North Korea and Venezuela.  A month before that however, the High Court ruled that the ban could remain instituted while those lawsuits continued.

A ruling by the Supreme Court in the case is expected by June.
