Nearly 500 medical doctors in Belgium have signed on to a letter demanding the country’s government bring an end to the emergency powers it has implemented to slow the spread of the Covid19 virus.
“After the initial panic surrounding covid-19, the objective facts now show a completely different picture – there is no medical justification for any emergency policy anymore,” the letter begins.
The document addresses all major facets of the country’s response to the Covid19 pandemic from mask mandates, to treatment, to lockdowns, to censorship of medical information contrary to the Covid19 narrative, and offers strong rebuttals to each.
The doctors find that in the final analysis the response measures instituted are causing more harm than the Covid19 virus itself.
“The current crisis management has become totally disproportionate and causes more damage than it does any good,” the letter reads.
The document is signed by 473 medical doctors, 1,507 medically trained professionals and 10,453 Belgian citizens.
