A poll worker in Maryland was caught on camera apparently marking a ballot up.
The footage has sparked claims of voter fraud.
The video, a one hour and 51-minute livestream by Yahoo Finance on Facebook, showed poll workers in Germantown, Maryland, examining ballots. One man opens a ballot up, looks around suspiciously and then uses a pen to mark the ballot somehow.
The camera then begins to pan away as the man writes on the ballot.
