The Washington Post is instructing the American public to treat revelations of information contained on Hunter Biden’s laptop as a foreign intelligence operation regardless of whether it actually is.
“We must treat the Hunter Biden leaks as if they were a foreign intelligence operation — even if they probably aren’t,” reads an op-ed published by the paper on Saturday.
“A close look at the evidence shows that neither Biden nor Trump have the facts on their side for now,” it adds.
There is no question — none — that mainstream US news outlets disseminate more unhinged, unproven conspiracy theories — and do far more damage with them — than QAnon, or whichever fringe group they want you to focus on, can achieve in 1,000 years.

The Biden campaign has not disputed the authenticity of any piece of information revealed from the laptop. Information from the laptop was publicized two weeks ago.
