Retired Army Col. Phil Waldren testified today that he believes the American public is engaged in an information war.
“I can tell you, as an unconventional warfare…information warfare specialist…the American populace is facing an unconventional warfare scenario. This is information warfare,” he said.
Waldren was presenting evidence in a hearing on election fraud before Arizona state legislators along with President Trump’s legal team.
“Dominion and several of the other machines were built to be manipulated,” Waldren added.
