Matt Braynard of the Voter Integrity Project revealed that a whopping 44% of absentee ballots in a sample group were requested by someone other than the voter of record.

Braynard, a data scientist and former member of the Trump campaign, made the revelation in a hearing before Arizona state legislators on Monday.

Braynard and his team identified over 270,000 individuals who were recorded as having requested absentee ballots in Maricopa County, Arizona, but not as having mailed them back. They were able to track down 2,044 of them and actually speak to them by phone.

Of those 2,044 individuals, nearly half – 902 – said they never requested any absentee ballots.
