Democrats have intimidated the head of the General Services Administration, Emily Murphy, into authorizing the transition process of Joe Biden’s campaign.
In a letter to Mr. Biden, Murphy reveals she was forced to endure all kinds of threats from individuals on the left due to her prior reluctance to officially sanction the transition.
“I received threats online, by phone, and by mail directed at my safety, my family, my staff, and even my pets in an effort to coerce me into making this determination prematurely,” Murphy wrote.
Importantly, Murphy’s authorization sanctions the release of more than $7 million to the Biden campaign to begin transition-related efforts. They will also be supplied with documents and access.
Murphy’s authorization in no way impacts the legal battles taking place on election fraud or irregularity, an observation Murphy herself clarifies in her letter.
“The actual winner of the presidential election will be determined by the electoral process detailed in the Constitution,” she wrote.
