Evidence has emerged of Dominion Systems tabulating “fractional votes” in Michigan during the November 3 election – an indication manipulation is taking place with the application of vote-altering algorithms.
Former Michigan State Senator Patrick Colbeck presented the evidence to Michigan state legislators this week.
Colbeck explained that the data is part of the raw data that gets sent to news networks prior to the networks reporting the number of precincts that have reported results.
