Over 140,000 ballots cast in Georgia during the Nov. 3 election are found to have been cast illegally or are otherwise ineligible.

The revelation was made by Ray Smith, lead council in Georgia for President Trump, yesterday during a hearing before the Georgia state legislature.

Smith outlined the following irregularities:

  • 2,056 felons illegally voted
  • 66,248 under 18 voted
  • 2,423 weren’t registered at all
  • 1,043 used a PO Box
  • 4,926 voted past the reg. date
  • 10,315 died before the election
  • 395 voted in two states
  • 15,700 moved out of state
  • 40,279 changed county and didn’t re-register to vote

Smith is calling on the legislature to take back control of the appointment of electors to the Electoral College in light of the new evidence of irregularity that has been found.
