Michigan Judge Orders Preservation of Records and Forensic Examination of 22 Voting Machines

A judge in Antrim County, Michigan, has ordered the preservation and forensic examination of 22 voting machines.

The plaintiff in the case, Michigan resident William Bailey, alleges he has obtained evidence that shows voting in the county on Nov. 3 may have been compromised.

“I do have evidence that you don’t know about, that you haven’t seen,” Bailey said this week. “I can’t go beyond that. It will be introduced into my case. My attorney’s working on it now. Everybody wants the same thing I want, it doesn’t matter — Democrat, Libertarian, Republican — we’ve got to know we can trust our electoral process. It’s really that simple.

“I can tell you I have evidence that points to a pretty serious issue.”

While some contend the specific lawsuit ruled on is not directly related to the presidential election or the president’s legal team, it clearly has broad implications.

Antrim County is where voting machine information originally indicated Joe Biden as the winner, but the result was later reversed after it was revealed a voting software “glitch” counted 6,000 votes for President Trump for Biden instead.
