The case, brought by Texas, alleges fraud that took place during the election in four battleground states (Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan) has disenfranchised legal voters in the Lone Star State.
That case has now been supported or opposed by every state in the country save 4, in addition to several U.S. territories.
The case has been docketed which means it will be heard and decided by the High Court.
