Nearly Every U.S. State Has Now Picked a Side in Texas Supreme Court Election Fraud Case

Headlines Politics U.S.

Nearly every state in the nation has now picked a side in a Texas lawsuit filed in the Supreme Court on voter fraud committed during the 2020 election.

The suit, brought against the states of Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Wisconsin, attracted 18 other states to Texas’ side. At heart, it alleges massive election fraud allowed to take place in those 4 states disenfranchised every legal voter in every other state in the nation.

As of this morning, 20 states, along with Washington D.C. and a few U.S. territories have now joined the case on the side of the battleground states.

Only Wyoming, Iowa, Kentucky, Alaska and Idaho have decided to stay out of the case as of this writing.
