Attorney Sidney Powell’s case on election fraud in Michigan has made it on to the U.S. Supreme Court’s docket, meaning the case will be ruled on by the high court.

The case includes the results of a forensic data examination conducted on Dominion voting machines in Antrim County, MI. That examination was conducted by a government cybersecurity task force.

Ten days ago an Obama-appointed judge called Powell’s lawsuit “An Amalgamation of Theories, Conjecture, and Speculation.”

A previous lawsuit brought by the state of Texas was dismissed by the Supreme Court because of fear of “riots.”
