Wisconsin state lawmakers joined a lawsuit that demands legislatures in 5 battleground states (Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Arizona) certify their electors before Congress votes on whether to accept them on Jan. 6.

The suit was filed on Tuesday in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by the conservative Wisconsin Voters Alliance.

“All my constituents are just screaming about having someone do something about this,” said Wisconsin State Rep. Jeff Mursau in reference to the vote irregularities alleged in the lawsuit.
