One of the First European Book Tour Appearances Made by Barack Obama was on Italian Television

Former President Barack Obama granted one of his first book tour interviews to Italian television show Che Tempo Che Fa to promote his recently-released memoir A Promised Land.

The book’s publisher, Penguin, implied in September that details of Mr. Obama’s European book tour would be forthcoming. ITN has been unable to confirm any European media engagements other than the one this month on Che Tempo Che Fa however.

The appearance is noteworthy because of accusations swirling around Obama-era activities meant to unravel the Donald Trump presidency that have come out of Italy in recent months.

Obama and former Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte had a famously close relationship while both were leaders of their respective countries. Accusations have to come to light that say the plan to unravel the Trump presidency – first through SpyGate then through ItalyGate – was formed and financed by the Obama administration and allies in the American and Italian deep states with Conte’s help.

Evidence points to $400 million originally earmarked for Iran under the Iranian Nuclear Deal being diverted secretly to Italy to finance those operations. The scheme culminated with the hacking of the Nov. 3 election by officers from several international intelligence services from various locations in Italy.

One of the alleged perpetrators of that hack was a U.S. Department of State employee named Stefano Serafini. ITN is in the process of obtaining records from the State Department that will verify or dispute those accusations. The Department of State has so far said those records will not be ready until September 2022.

Italy, as a gateway to Western Europe and by extension North America, holds strategic importance for the Chinese Communist Party and their globalist allies. Italy is the first Western European country to join the CCP’s Belt and Road Initiative, a trillion-dollar infrastructure investment program that looks to tie China to every major region in the world through trade routes.
