Patients were mistakenly injected with a saline solution instead of the Covid vaccines at a Walgreens pharmacy in North Carolina in recent days. The mistake has only affected a “limited number of the patients” according to the company.
“We are investigating what happened and have taken immediate steps to review our procedures with the location to prevent this from occurring again,” it added.

A mixture of sodium chloride (salt) and water, saline has many uses in medicine, most common of which is cleaning wounds. It can be applied topically or used intravenously.
The mix-up is not expected to adversely affect patients and the company rescheduled them for the correct vaccinations “as soon as the impacted patients were available to return to the pharmacy,” it said.
Walgreens is not the only company to see mixups at their locations as far as Covid vaccines are concerned. In March, a Kroger clinic in Virginia mistakenly injected customers with empty syringes instead of the actual vaccines. Kroger originally believed the customers were injected with saline and called it an “honest mistake.” It would later be discovered the syringes were empty.
Government whistleblower @Johnheretohelp posted social media messages earlier this month in which he detailed information that said vaccines were being altered by the Biden administration in order to lessen the number of reports of adverse effects from the actual injections.
“I have been told by more than one person at a major research hospital, confirmed at another location. That there was such a high incidence of ‘negative reactions’ to the covid vaccines, that ‘vaccine shots’ have been ALTERED,” he wrote.
“A percentage of placebo/saline have been included in shipments. These are completely neutral basically water and will do nothing. This was done by the pharmaceutical companies and the ‘Bi-den admin’ together. This was done to lessen the reports of negative reactions…”
“Make this administration look more competent. It was done to lessen the impact of these negative reactions on the pharmaceutical company. And it was done for profit, as the vaccines are becoming useless due to ‘mutations’,” he added.
