U.S. District Judge Allows Defamation Lawsuit Against Giuliani, Powell, My Pillow to Move Forward As Lindell’s Cyber Symposium Continues in South Dakota

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell announced that his election integrity cybersecurity event was the subject of a cyber-hack.

“The whole technology was attacked,” Lindell told the audience at the beginning of the event yesterday morning. “We expected that. But we do have a backup plan.”

“We need to get the word out because they blocked the thing. But this is part of what I’m going to talk about today. This is the cover-up. This is the absolute cover-up of the worst in history,” he added.

The three day event is being held in front of a live audience in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Just this afternoon, after months of inaction, U.S. District Judge Carl J. Nichols allowed three defamation lawsuits filed by Dominion Voting Systems to move forward against attorneys Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani, along with Lindell and his company MyPillow. Much of the evidence of election irregularity presented by Lindell and others has centered on security flaws in Dominion voting machines.

The first-of-its kind symposium, which ends tomorrow, has gathered experts from all over the country to present information about irregularities that occurred in the November 2020 election.

Specifically, Lindell is providing evidence that shows foreign interference with U.S. voting systems from countries like China which was done, he says, to help Joe Biden defeat President Trump. Lindell says his evidence will ultimately lead to the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously overturning those election results.

In a major court victory in June, a judge in Minneapolis ruled a counter lawsuit filed by Lindell against Dominion could move forward. Lindell decried the lack of media attention about that story as well.

“That is a huge ruling,” Lindell said on Steve Bannon’s Warroom broadcast at the time. “That they used lawfare, basically, against MyPillow and attacked MyPillow for no reason and nobody is reporting this, Steve. Nobody. It’s like crickets.”

Lindell has pledged $5 million to any person in attendance at the symposium who can disprove any of the claims he is making about election fraud.

  1. Seriously doubt the Supreme Court does a thing. You could shove all the proof and evidence down their throats and they won’t do a thing
